of State for the Colonies on this subject and they hope that
Lord Hellfox will see fit to approve Bir Robert Craigie's
proposal that the depen.se Government sh.uld be given a clear
warning tht any combatant sirerart vi lating Hong Kong neutrality
are lible to be fired upon.
